The East Pittsburgh officer who shot and killed 17-year-old Antwon has officially been charged.
According to CBS Pittsburgh, court documents revealed a charge of criminal homicide has been filed against Officer Michael Rosfeld.
Attorney Pat Thomassey revealed that Rosfeld turned himself in Wednesday morning. However, he is now out on $250,000 bond. A press conference will be held where more details will be released.
It was reported that Rosfeld was formally sworn in 90 minutes before the fatal shooting.
Rose’s death sparked protests within the Pittsburgh area as many asked for justice to be served.
