Robert Allen was indicted on first-degree murder charges by a grand jury last week for his alleged involvement in the robbery and shooting of XXXTentacion, and now he’s been arrested.
The New York Times reports that the 22 year old from Fort Lauderdale was found in central Georgia and was taken into custody on Wednesday morning. According to sheriff’s records, he was arrested by members of the Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force after they got word that he was hiding out at his sister’s house in Eastman.
Deputy United States Marshal John Edgar said they conducted “a lot of surveillance over the last couple days” and ultimately Allen was arrested without incident around 11:45 a.m.
Three other men were also indicted by a grand jury last week.
